
Phase two of the renovation project will consist of 50 guestrooms being upgraded with all new furniture, fixtures, carpet, tile, bedding and shower experience as well as a complete upgrade to the properties meeting rooms and public corridors. The project is expected to be completed over the next ten to twelve weeks and will highlight the new HoJo brand standards for bedding and guest room decor.
Phase one of the renovation project included the completion of improvements to the exterior, main entrance and public facilities. In addition the property installed new energy efficient laundry equipment and high efficiency central heating for public areas along with enhancement and improvements to the facilities HVAC and fresh air systems.

Phase three of the renovation project will focus on the remaining guest rooms as well as the pool and lobby area and is projected to be complete by year end.
Howard Johnson Toronto East has worked with the Preferred Alliance Group Systems Limited on the renovation project and will be utilizing PAG’s approved vendors and products to complete these renovations.
