New office in Warsaw
Reval Hotels adds Poland to Aviareps’ representation assignment
Tuesday, March 02, 2010
Reval Hotels, the leading hotel chain in the Baltic countries, is entering a new market and recently appointed Aviareps as its representative in Poland. In this function the world’s leading aviation und tourism management expert will take care of all sales and marketing activities. Besides providing professional consultancy and representation, Aviareps will focus on its assignment for Reval Hotels on the corporate and leisure market. This includes contacts with tour operators, travel managers, individual sales calls as well as a presence at fairs, exhibitions and events. In the business sector, the services will be concentrated on groups.

Among Europe’s best-kept secrets there are many reasons to visit the Baltic and St. Petersburg. Whether exploring the beautiful and unspoiled countryside by car or flying in for an exciting city break, Reval Hotels offers high quality stays in each of their nine hotels. Visitors can enjoy the unique comfort and first class service at different places: Reval Hotels operates three hotels in Tallinn (Estonia), three hotels in Riga (Latvia), one in Vilnius and one in Kaunas (Lithuania) and one in St. Petersburg (Russia). As a neighbouring country with easy access to one of the Baltic states, Poland is a key target for the Baltic hotel chain.

“By signing the contract with Aviareps we aim to promote business and leisure travel from Poland to the Baltic Countries and Russia. We want to attract a wide range of visitors, which is why we offer different specials such as family packages, weekend specials, senior citizen rates etc. The office opening in Warsaw therefore comes as a natural expansion of the Reval Hotels network in Europe,” explains Marko Mannimets, Sales Director at Reval Hotels.

“We are delighted to represent the leading hotel chain in the Baltic countries with comprehensive sales and marketing activities,” states Marek Slawatyniec, General Manager of Aviareps Poland. “Due to its strong international network and many years of experience, Aviareps will now contribute to further strengthening Reval’s position on the European hotel market,” adds Thomas Drechsler, COO Tourism at Aviareps.
