TS², Total Solutions Marketing for the Exhibit and Event Professional announced today that Chris Harar has been promoted to TS² Show Director. In this role, Harar will serve as the main point of contact to industry organizations in regards to TS², as well as an internal leader for the project team. Harar will be responsible for the implementation of all TS² initiatives, including the TS² Preferred Partner Program, a unique opportunity for show organizers to provide year-round education to their exhibitors through TS².

Airline Services Ltd has appointed a Regional Sales Manager dedicated to the Middle East as it looks to grow its customer base in the region. Canadian-born Graham Mills, who has many years’ experience working in the region, joins the company from Greiner PURtec in Austria where he led sales efforts over the past 13 years. Airline Services already works with several leading Gulf airlines and MRO organisations and the company is keen to widen its support activity. This week Graham was at the Aircraft Interiors Expo Middle East in the city promoting ASL’s IFE offerings and extensive ground support solutions.

Benchmark Hospitality International has announced the appointment of Ray Guyton as director of sales for Hotel Granduca, Houston's most luxurious boutique hotel, located in the Uptown/Galleria section of the city. Mary Grace Gray, general manager, made the announcement. Ray Guyton was previously director of business travel & business development for Hotel ZaZa of Houston, where he was highly successful in developing new markets for the property. He began with Hotel ZaZa as business travel sales manager. Prior to these appointments, Mr. Guyton served as director of sales for New Orleans Boutique Hotels, where he oversaw the sales programming for three properties within the company's portfolio. He has also previously been employed as director of sales & marketing for American International Travel Group, Inc., and served as senior sales manager for American Airlines and SABRE.
