For the third consecutive time, Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), managed by Accor, the world’s leading hospitality and tourism management group, has been awarded as ‘Best Convention Centre’ for the year 2008-2009 by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The Vice President of India Shri Mohammad Hamid Ansari presented the award in the presence of Kumari Selja, Hon’ble Minister of Tourism and Minister for Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Government of India  Minister of Tourism & Culture and Shri Sultan Ahmed, Minister of State for Tourism & Culture on March 3rd, 2010 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
