Continent Hotels to open second hotel in Russia

Continent Hotels Worldwide has signed a management agreement with the investment company Pacific Management Service, Russian closed joined company, to open and manage first Continent Resort in Olginka village-Black Sea Coast, Russia.
 
Scheduled to open by April 2010, the Continent Paradise Resort-Olginka will be Continent Worldwide’s second hotel in Russia and the country’s first completed “Resort Hotel” project.

The signing of the Continent Paradise Resort-Olginka, follows the opening of the Continent Sakhalin Resort in Sakhalin Island in August 2010

Continent Paradise Resort-Olginka is an middle scale category full service resort hotel and expected to offer 62 bedrooms, open air terrace Restaurant for up to 110 people, an indoor swimming pool, Sauna, mini bar service and room service. Hotel will serve its guests, full board, half board as well as bed and breakfast packages options.

The newly built hotel will be located approximately 500 meter from the beach and sea. Hotel is very close to Aqua parks, Ice Scatting areas and green parks and  near Olginka’s many sites of historical and cultural interest, commercial centre and the two hour away from Krasnodar international airport.

Continent Hotels Worldwide’s Regioal Operations Director Russia, Roman Gorobchenko said: “We are continuing to focus development resources in Russia and are delighted to have secured our first Continent branded Resort Hotel in Russia. Continent Worldwide’s growing presence in this market will be proved with the opening of Continent Paradise Resort-Olginka in April 2010.
