Boutique Hoi An Resort has appointed Mr. Theo Schuurhuis as general manager effective March 17, 2010.  Prior to this new position Mr. Schuurhuis was club manager of the Old Chengdu Club in China. Mr. Schuurhuis has many years of experience in the hospitality industry with strong background in food and beverage. He joined The Old Chengdu Club as director of food and beverage and later was promoted as club manager during the pre-opening period. He has involved in all opening aspects related to the Club and Hotel section including developed concepts of seven restaurants, meeting rooms, lounge, spa and 22 hotel suites.
