Year-on-year sales have increased by 75%
ActivityBreaks hail excellent start to 2010
Thursday, April 01, 2010
ActivityBreaks.com, a leading independently operated provider of activity holidays across Europe, announce that the first quarter of 2010 has seen their best company performance since they started trading in 2005 - and predict more good times to come.

ActivityBreaks state that their year-on-year sales have increased by 75% which has been helped through increased conversions on their website. ActivityBreaks has spent a lot of time improving their online holiday hub and have seen a more-informed quality of client visiting their online store looking for activity holidays such as ski breaks and family activity holidays. ActivityBreaks have built on their relationships with those within the trade and have been able to offer more flexible deals and better quality breaks.

Ski breaks in Italy and Austria have been their latest most popular performers alongside summer activity holidays, with ActivityBreaks revealing they have seen a surge of advanced bookings for the summer with family activity holidays garnering a lot of interest as the summer holidays approach.

“Our growth has been phenomenal and we put that down to a lot of hard work and an industrious attitude on our part. We’ve strived to build stronger relationships within the industry and have been tirelessly networking to get the best deals for our clients,” comments Dearbhaile Mulholland of ActivityBreaks. “Things look incredibly positive going forward and customers can look forward to better deals than ever before. We also mark our success down to listening to our customers when they give us feedback or complete our surveys. As such, we are looking to offer more flexible ski breaks for winter 2011 and an increased choice of horse riding breaks and other family activity holidays. The home nations are also in high demand and we are pulling out all the stops to offer better deals on breaks in Scotland and Wales.”

The success looks set to continue with some key partnerships in the travel industry due to be announced in the coming months which will reinforce further the company’s strong value proposition among its already loyal customer base.
