As one of Europe’s largest hotel booking agents and leading suppliers for software in the sector, Hotelzon has just released its newest version of its booking tool -Hotelzon Online Version 7- on April 10th 2010.

Hotelzon’s pioneering technology is widely recognised as a market leader and Hotelzon Online Version 7 will attract corporate and public sector clients as well as leisure travellers booking overnight accommodation. The developments will make the system functionality clearer and even easier to book hotel accommodation from a global inventory of 100,000 hotels.

The most significant change to the Hotelzon Online Version 7 booking tool is the layout. The design changes promote a more user friendly appearance and bookings can be made in just 3 screen clicks.

Additionally, hotels can upload photographs, 360 views, and a detailed description of the hotel on the search results page. This along with the relevant rate information can be viewed concisely on one screen, making the search results content more appealing to Hotelzon’s online users.

The dynamic mapping feature within the location search allows the option for hotels to be mapped, showing distances from the search centre for each hotel displayed. Cities, airports and landmarks are also plotted, ensuring the leisure traveller can be suitably located in close proximity to areas of interest.

The updated system now recognises text commands, giving users the flexibility to find hotels matching their exact criteria. Hotels near certain airports, in the city or with a certain type of cuisine can all be searched for with the closest matches being displayed.
