Jet2.com launches ski flights to Geneva
Jet2.com launches new ski routes for Edinburgh and Newcastle

Leading low fare airline, Jet2.com, has expanded its ski offering from Edinburgh and Newcastle with the launch  of brand new services to Geneva for the 2010/2011 winter sports season.

The new services will operate during peak winter getaway times with Newcastle flights departing from 26thDecember to 9th January and then from 20th February to 27th March. The new Edinburgh service will operate from 20th February to 27th March.

Geneva is the ideal destination for the North’s ski and snow board lovers with breathtaking scenery, outstanding restaurants and world class entertainment. As well as being a skiers paradise, it is also reputed to be one of the most beautiful and cultural cities in Europe.

Philip Meeson, boss of Jet2.com, said: “Our winter ski flights are extremely popular, with the UK’s ski and snow board enthusiasts unable to resist their annual fix of Europe’s snow-capped mountains. With this growing demand we have increased our services from the north for this season, giving people in the region an even greater choice of winter holiday destination.”
