John Figueroa joins Libra OnDemand as its newest Customer Success Manager, responsible for helping clients get the most out of the system’s comprehensive suite of applications. Figueroa has extensive experience with Libra OnDemand’s backbone platform, Force.com, having used it in his most recent position as Technology Relationship Manager for Universal Orlando Resort. Also joining Libra OnDemand is Darrin Whipple, who assumes the role of Account Executive. He comes to Libra OnDemand most recently from Hilton Worldwide, where he worked as Director of Rooms and Guest Services at Doubletree Guest Suites in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Whipple also has extensive experience and training from his time employed at the Walt Disney World Resort.

ExCeL London has announced the promotion of Raksha Karavadra who will further strengthen the team at ExCeL London in the position of Account Executive. aving gained a Diploma in Event Management in 2009, Raksha has been working at ExCeL London since February as an events co-ordinator. Her new role will see her working heavily with UK agencies and corporates, proactively handling sales enquiries, managing accounts and playing an instrumental role in arranging site visits and tours.

Halekulani Corporation, which owns and manages the world-renowned Halekulani and Waikiki Parc Hotel in Oahu, Hawaii, has appointed Diane Ako as Director of Public Relations. Ms. Ako, who will assume her new position as of September 1, 2010, will be responsible for directing all corporate, hotel and community media relations, overseeing communications for promotions and special events, as well as for supporting marketing initiatives for Halekulani and Waikiki Parc Hotel properties.
