ACTE Global Education Conference
HRG exhibits a full portfolio of technology solutions
Monday, October 04, 2010
Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), the world class corporate travel services company, will be showcasing its latest technology at the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) Global Education Conference in Berlin on 3-5 October 2010.

HRG will be exhibiting a full portfolio of technology solutions, already in use by hundreds of travel managers around the world, to manage data and drive value in their travel spend as levels of business travel tentatively return to pre-recession volumes. The technology products provide all of the tools a travel manager needs to maintain a successful travel programme, containing cost, maximising return on investment, and meeting duty of care requirements.

The products on show will be HRG i-Suite, HRG Reporting, HRG Travel Watch and the recently launched HRG Security Suite. TripCase, the mobile itinerary management application, will also be available to trial.

  • HRG i-Suite - portal providing corporate travellers and travel managers with one single point of online access to a wide range of tools and capabilities, from booking to reporting and traveller tracking. Both in-house tools and third party products and services can be integrated to provide a customised solution, with a personalised homepage and multi-language capabilities.
  • HRG Reporting - online reporting tool designed to provide clients with relevant key data about their travel programmes quickly and easily. A ‘dashboard’ can also be tailored by the user to their own needs, with the additional ability to ‘slice and dice’ information through a mouse click which can filter information in seconds.
  • HRG Travel Watch - allows clients to locate their travellers anywhere in the world at anytime with the click of a button and monitor compliance to corporate policy. Offers an interactive map that shows the location of travellers and ‘Who’s Where’ reporting functionality. Not only does this highlight any potential disruptions to travel but also supports client crisis management programmes. It enables travel to be amended as appropriate - before the traveller departs or even whilst they are away, saving time and money and providing real time security information.
  • HRG Security Suite - the full range of security services, from pre-trip destination intelligence, traveller tracking and security training to international emergency response services. It helps organisations and their travellers in dealing with different situations which can affect travel.
  • TripCase - a mobile itinerary management application with unique location-based messaging capabilities and full-integration of travel plans. HRG enhances the traveller experience by providing timely and relevant information delivered securely to a mobile device. It is compatible with iPhone, Blackberry, Android and Windows Mobile devices and was developed through HRG’s partnership with Sabre Travel Network.
