“Today, Frontier and Midwest officially become one airline with this technology integration,” said Ian Arthur, vice president of marketing and branding. “With one website, one booking engine and one kiosk interface we are back to offering our guests an easy and streamlined travel experience. We are excited to complete this major hurdle in our integration and continue building an airline that truly offers a better and different experience.”
In the last seven months of integration, Frontier has made some significant improvements in aligning the airline and enhancing the guest experience, including:
In the coming months you can expect to see more of the cosmetic integrations taking place with airport signage changes and aircraft livery updates with the addition of some new animal tails to the Frontier family.
The alignment of the Frontier EarlyReturns and Midwest Miles programs is expected to be complete later this fall. Until then, Midwest Miles members should continue to log in to their account through the Midwest Airlines website to purchase flights or to service their account. Once a member is logged in they will be redirected to the Frontier Airlines website to book. Once the loyalty programs have been fully integrated, the Midwest Airlines website will be retired and all Midwest Miles members will receive further communication on accessing their membership through FrontierAirlines.com.
