2011 is an exciting year for the global meetings industry as the industry rebounds with increased interests in emerging and established destinations. This year will see the arrival of IMEX America, a new worldwide exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events. As part of a partnership with IMEX Group, the show's organizers, Marketing Challenges International, Inc. (MCIntl) will be recruiting and qualifying a group of Association Hosted Buyers to attend IMEX America.

A New York City based global destination marketing agency with over 25 years of experience, MCIntl works with international destinations and venues seeking to develop their presence in the North American market. These international clients hail from Asia Pacific, Europe, the Caribbean and the Middle East and include Vienna, Barcelona and Berlin, which currently hold the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) ranking of first, second and fourth places, respectively, for hosting international association events.

MCIntl also has a loyal client base of organizers of international events. These key contacts receive complimentary assistance from MCIntl and are based in the United States and Canada. They include meeting planners and key decision makers for organizations from a wide range of industries and sectors.

At IMEX in Frankfurt this past May, MCIntl launched "Spotlight America 2011", a strategic initiative designed to help international suppliers, including destinations and venues who want to expand their reach during IMEX America. "Complementing our work with international clients, we look forward to bringing association planners of international events to IMEX America.
