Wednesday, February 02, 2011
Ritz Tours has issued the following statement in response to the recent events in Egypt:
“Client safety is our number one priority. In light of recent events in Cairo, Ritz Tours has decided to cancel its February group departures for Egypt destinations,” said Martin Chan, president of Ritz Tours. Chan continued, “Clients will not be assessed any penalties and will be refunded their full tour fare (less entry visa). We join the world in hoping that there is a swift resolution to the violence in Egypt.”
Ritz Tours began offering journeys to Egypt in January 2011. Other itineraries offered through Ritz Tours, including journeys throughout Asia, Europe and India, remain unchanged.
Every Ritz Tours vacation experience ensures travelers the following: Reliability (for providing enjoyable and memorable trips), Integrity (a commitment to package pricing at the very best available rates), Trustworthiness (building on its long-standing reputation for excellence), and Zeal (enthusiasm in maintaining the highest level of customer service).
