Vision Airlines announces a full content distribution and merchandising agreement with Sabre Travel Network. This new agreement will empower Sabre Connected travel agents to book Vision Airlines’s low fares directly into their Sabre system. The move is the latest in the carrier’s aggressive expansion in flights and in distribution options.

“Vision Airlines looks forward to sharing our unique low fares and destinations with various users of the Sabre Network,” said Vision’s Chief Operating Officer, David Meers. “Sabre’s global reach and breadth of customers is a key part of Vision’s growth. We know we have a great value and flight experience and are excited for Sabre agents to book and share it with their customers.”

“We are pleased that Vision Airlines has decided to take full advantage of the Sabre global distribution system and has made it part of their growth strategy,” said David Gross, senior vice president, Airline Distribution for Sabre Travel Network. “By providing all of its fare and schedule information to Sabre Connected travel agents, Vision Airlines will now be able to reach an even larger group of travelers in the most efficient, cost-effective sales channel.”

Vision Airlines’s fares and schedules are live and ready to be booked in Sabre now. The company will be providing a guaranteed ticketing experience. “We know this is the first step in building relationships with agents using Sabre,” said Director of Business Development Bill Maloney.

Vision Airlines is flying to some of the most popular leisure destinations in Florida. Numerous communities have contacted Vision Airlines about providing service to these great Florida vacation spots. Many of these communities have been underserved by the major carriers and travelers have found it difficult to fly to their favorite vacation destinations.

“Vision Airlines business model is to be a leisure destination airline and travel company, offering the lowest prices and best values on vacation packages throughout the U.S, Caribbean, and Mexico,” according to Meers.
