TUI Travel PLC is pleased to announce that Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services (‘Intercruises’), part of the Accommodation & Destinations Sector of TUI Travel PLC, has invested in TMS Gateway.
Intercruises provides ground handling and port agency services to the ocean and river cruise industry. TMS Gateway is the leading supplier of port agency and ground handling services to cruise ships on the US and Canadian West Coast.
Following this investment, Intercruises will provide services at all major ports in North America, including the west coast destinations of San Diego, Los Angeles, Seattle and Vancouver.
The estimated gross assets being acquired from Transportation Management Services, Inc on closing are $2m.
