Agoda.com, Asia’s global hotel booking site and part of Nasdaq-listed Priceline Group, is going mobile, allowing travelers to book the latest hotel deals on their iPhone.

Free for download now, the agoda.com iPhone app lets customers view and book up-to-the-minute rates on more than 150,000 properties worldwide, all with instant confirmation. With more than 18,000 hotels and resorts across Asia alone, the agoda.com app gives travelers access to room types and special promotions not offered elsewhere.

Using the app, customers can search hotels by city or by their current location – perfect for travelers who want to find the nearest deals, no matter where they are. Users can also view hotel photos and facilities, flick through real customer reviews, and refine their search results to find exactly what they need. For those in unfamiliar territory, interactive maps show the way straight to their hotel.

The agoda.com app makes last-minute bookings effortless. Travelers can literally step off the plane, book a hotel, and get directions from wherever they are to the hotel's front desk. By the time they arrive, their confirmation voucher is in their inbox, ready to present on check-in.

President of agoda.com Mr. Robert Rosenstein said, "Today’s traveler is mobile-ready, which makes travel so much easier if there's no computer or WiFi station nearby and you need to book a hotel. People already know that agoda.com is a source for the best price on hotels that aren't available through other channels and with our new app customers can access those hotels via their iPhone.”

The agoda.com app is compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. To download the app, visit the iTunes store.
