Discover Branson, a leading destination specialist for Branson, Missouri recently went live on the Rezopia system. Discover Branson selected Rezopia’s end-to-end travel reservation, back-office, packaging and distribution system to sell travel getaway packages more efficiently across multiple distribution channels.

Discover Branson needed a central management system that was flexible and could support the myriad of travel products that they wanted to sell through the web site and call center. The system had to be capable of selling both dynamic and pre-defined package experiences. Cost was also an important decision-making factor for the Branson travel expert. They did not want to spend a lot of money upfront on technology and infrastructure; rather they needed a solution with reasonable fixed pricing, so they could track their operational expenses better.  With a new marketing website plan, the company also wanted to make sure that this new travel system integrated seamlessly when they launched their new website.

Rezopia’s cloud-based packaged travel management platform was an ideal fit for Discover Branson. “The trial access to the software was definitely a big deal for us in evaluating whether Rezopia was a good match.  It gave us the flexibility to upload our products and packages, while doing a complete end-to-end testing with minimal support”, said Chris Lucchi, Founder of Discover Branson.

Discover Branson is using Rezopia to sell lodging, shows, attractions, golf tee times and pre-set itinerary based vacation packages in the “Live Music Show Capital of the World” through both its consumer web site and call center. Rezopia has enabled Discover Branson to manage its supplier negotiated contracts (inventory, pricing, pricing rules), bookings, CRM and accounting all through a central back-office system. With Rezopia’s cloud based deployment model, Discover Branson was able to go live within a 8 weeks after signing the contract - a sharp contrast to months or sometimes years it would have taken with legacy travel systems.
