XL Airways France, the French airline belonging to the XL Group and specializing in leisure traffic, has selected the Air Promotion Group (APG) to act as its General Sales Agent in the Dominican Republic. After having signed for the USA in 2010, XL Airways France is enhancing the partnership with APG by adding another “on line” country.

The company, based in Roissy Charles de Gaulle, France operates to 35 destinations with a fleet of 2 Airbus A-320s, 2 Airbus A-330s and 1 B737-800. XL Airways, growing rapidly, has an annual turnover of 289 million euros.

“XL Airways France brings more passenger traffic to the Dominican Republic than any other European airline”, said Luc Bereni, Commercial Director.

“We are counting on the dynamism and professionalism of APG in Dominican Republic to develop and consolidate our position on the market.”

XL Airways France operates up to 15 weekly flights between France (Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes and Toulouse) and Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, Samana and La Romana in the Dominican Republic. Part of this offer is available in scheduled flights via GDS, in BSP or via direct sales.
