BoBo Hotel & Restaurant in Buenos Aires, Argentina recently came under new management and is now operated by Houston-based Prohotel International Inc. Since Prohotel took over operations in September, BoBo Hotel has also been welcomed as a new member of the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) portfolio.

The new induction to SLH confirms BoBo’s position as a modern luxury city-center property with a high standard for service. The 15-room self-described “bourgeois bohemian” boutique hotel is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, an upscale trendy design district of Buenos Aires. BoBo is an old town house that was renovated with a modern, elegant decor while maintaining the structure and charm of the 1927 house.

One of the first initiatives under the new management contract with Prohotel was to make known the quality of service and reach a larger audience by joining a reputable hotel group. “BoBo is a perfect fit for Small Luxury Hotels of the World. It’s a unique boutique hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires that provides the service one would expect of any SLH property,” says Samir Saab, president of Prohotel International. As one of only two SLH properties in Buenos Aires, this new association recognizes BoBo’s one-of-a-kind luxury experience.
