OA now flying to Benghazi

Olympic Airways<.> has begun flying to Benghazi after the UN lifted a flight embargo to Libya<.> dating back to April 1990.
The company presently offers three flights a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, aboard OA`s freshly-renovated B737-200 aircraft, which have 111 seats - 12 business and 99 economy class. The flights depart from Athens at 00.40 and arrive at 01.10 while those leaving from Bengazi leave at 03.45 and land at 06.10.
Based on experience and forecasts, OA is confident the route will prove profitable and awaits the first positive figures.
