Site members elected four members to serve on the association’s International Board of Directors, effective 1 January 2012. Each member will serve a three-year term. New board Directors include:

- Olga Navarro Sanchez, Marketing and Sales Manager, ITB Dmc

Site’s President for 2012 is Alejandro Verzoub, President, AV Business & Communication. Serving with Mr. Verzoub as Officers on the Executive Committee are:

- President Elect - David Sand, CEO, Uwin Iwin Incentives
- Vice President Finance - Paul Miller, Managing Director, SPECTRA
