Air France has expanded its digital services
Information at your fingertips with Air France's new digital services
Wednesday, February 15, 2012
The Air France Connect and My Account digital services are geared towards giving customers more control over their bookings and keeping them informed at every stage of their trip.

Air France Connect alert services use phone numbers and e-mail addresses provided by customers while booking their flights. The airline can now inform passengers of any delay, cancellation or change of boarding gate in real time, throughout their trip. Alerts are active from 14 days before departure either by phone, text message or e-mail. The free service is available in eight languages.

Air France has also recently introduced personalised My Account services via www.airfrance.co.uk. Customers can now create a permanent account that securely stores personal data including payment details and seat and meal preferences.

Flying Blue members can keep track of their 18-month Miles statement via My Account on the Air France website. My Account will be available via the Air France mobile app shortly and can also be accessed via klm.com.
