Delta Airlines names Carol Zupancic field director - Cincinnati

Delta Air Lines has named Carol Zupancic as field director - Cincinnati, effective immediately. In her new position, Zupancic, a 20-year Delta veteran, is responsible for airport operations and customer service functions at Delta`s second largest hub in Cincinnati. She also is responsible for more than 900 employees in the Cincinnati area and approximately 550 daily departures to 128 non-stop destinations worldwide.

Since August 2000, Zupancic has held the position of regional director - ACS, where she had responsibility for 14 Delta stations within the South Central Region.

A native of Louisville, KY, Zupancic joined Delta in 1983 in Cincinnati`s Reservation Sales as a Reservation Sales agent, and has since held a number of management positions, including manager of Reservations Global Support, district manager for Reservation Sales - Atlanta, where she held responsibility for over 900 call center employees, and system manager - Customer Care.
