Dublin: Extension project at The Morgan
Friday, March 04, 2005
Entrepreneur Paul Fitzpatrick of the Fitzpatrick Hotel Group is extending his designer hotel, The Morgan, through the development of 40 additional deluxe bedrooms, 5 air conditioned boardroom style meeting rooms and 15 self catering suites. The 15million euro project, co-ordinated by Dublin (Ireland) based architects, Niall D Brennan & Associates, will also include an extension to the funky Morgan Bar and addition of a Tapas Bar and Restaurant. The suites will be branded as home@themorgan and will offer home style luxury and comfort for the extended stay market.

The introduction of meeting rooms to The Morgan coupled with its strategic location will place the hotel in an enviable position to meet the ever discerning requirements of the corporate market. The project is due for completion by August 2005.
