Switzerland expects to attract 300,000 Chinese tourists in 2005, a record high, said Roger Zbinden, regional director Asia of Switzerland Tourism. He said Swiss inbound tour operators believe Chinese travellers will become the new focus of Swiss inbound tourism. Last year the number of Chinese tourists travelling to Switzerland reached 120,000.
