Montenegro: Commercial Court, Podgorica is announcing international tender for hotel sales

Upon the consent of the Board of Creditors, the Curator is inviting international and national investors to submit their bids for purchase of the hotels that are undergone insolvency procedure and owned by the HTP Ulcinjska Rivijera AD, Ulcinj.

    Mediteran Hotel is situated in Ulcinj, on the west slope of Pinjes Hill, i.e., it is a component part of the hotel complex called Galeb and it occupies 18.234 m
