Patrick Leckrone appointed as VP of Hotel and Food and Beverage at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort

In Leckrone’s new role he will call upon his 35 years of experience to provide strategic oversight to all food outlets, as well as hotel.

D'IBERVILLE, MISS. – Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort promotes Patrick Leckrone, formerly Hotel Director, as Vice President of Hotel, Food and Beverage Operations.

Leckrone joined the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in July 2015 from Zia Park Casino, a Penn National Gaming property in Hobbs, New Mexico. He brings with him over 35 years of experience and has previously worked as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for Gold Strike Casino, Tunica, Director of Food and Beverage for Rivers Casino, Pittsburgh and Director of Non-Gaming Operations at Zia Park Casino, before opening the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort as Hotel Director.

In Leckrone's new role he will call upon his 35 years of experience to provide strategic oversight to all food outlets, as well as hotel. LuAnn Pappas, CEO of Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort, describes Leckrone as 'tenacious; bringing both high energy and passion to this newly created position".

First on the agenda, Leckrone will oversee the rebranding of Scarlet Grille, the property's high end steak house, to Scarlet's Steaks and Seafood and naming of our bar and lounge, to Butler's Bar and Lounge, a sophisticated oyster bar serving signature homemade limoncello.  

In his new position, Leckrone is focused on ensuring guest satisfaction through the quality of the casino's food outlets  and the properties 300 room hotel tower, describing his role as "the host of a party that goes on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; our only job is to make sure people are having fun."

Leckrone's appointment will be effective immediately.
