Ryanair launches 3 new Newcastle routes to Gdansk, Warsaw and Wroclaw

Ryanair is a good choice for business and leisure customers, who can now choose from 8 Newcastle routes in winter 2016.

Ryanair on 28 April further expanded its Newcastle winter 2016 schedule with 3 new routes to Gdansk, Warsaw and Wroclaw, bringing the total number of routes to 8 including Lanzarote and Tenerife, which will help deliver 400,000 customers p.a. and support 300* jobs at Newcastle Airport, as Ryanair more than doubles its traffic.
 
Ryanair’s Newcastle winter 2016 schedule will deliver:
 
· 5 new routes: Gdansk (2 wkly), Lanzarote (2 wkly), Tenerife (2 wkly), Warsaw (2 wkly) & Wroclaw (2 wkly)
· More flights to: Alicante (4 wkly) & Dublin (2 daily)
· 8 routes in total
· Over 30 weekly flights
· 400,000 customers p.a.
· 300* “on-site” jobs p.a.

Ryanair is a good choice for business and leisure customers, who can now choose from 8 Newcastle routes in winter 2016 and look forward to further improvements under Ryanair’s “Always Getting Better” programme, which includes more new routes, new digital features, new cabin interiors and even more low fares.

Robin Kiely, Ryanair’s Head of Marketing, said: “We are pleased to launch 3 new routes from Newcastle to Gdansk, Warsaw and Wroclaw, as part of our significantly expanded winter 2016 schedule, bringing the total number of routes to 8 including Lanzarote and Tenerife, which will help deliver 400,000 customers p.a. and support 300 jobs, as we more than double our operation at Newcastle Airport."

Ryanair launches new Manchester route to Wroclaw
Ryanair further expanded its Manchester winter 2016 schedule with a new route to Wroclaw, in addition to the 3 new routes announced earlier to Berlin, Hamburg and Nuremberg, which will deliver 4.1m customers p.a. and support 3,100* jobs at Manchester Airport.
 
Ryanair’s Manchester winter 2016 schedule will deliver:
 
· 4 new routes: Berlin (daily), Hamburg (daily), Nuremberg (daily) & Wroclaw (3 wkly)
· 8 new winter routes: Bratislava (3 wkly), Carcassonne (2 wkly), Limoges (2 wkly), Malta (3 wkly), Murcia (3 wkly), Palma (3 wkly), Paris (3 wkly) & Valencia (2 wkly)
· 35 routes in total
· Over 200 weekly flights
· 4.1m customers p.a.
· 3,100* “on-site” jobs p.a.

Ryanair on 28 April further expanded its Edinburgh winter 2016 schedule with a new route to Warsaw, in addition to the 6 new winter services announced earlier to Bologna, Bordeaux, Bratislava, Gran Canaria, Palma and Poznan, which will deliver 2.5m customers p.a. and support 1,900* jobs at Edinburgh Airport.
 
Ryanair’s Edinburgh winter 2016 schedule will deliver:
 
· 1 new route to Warsaw: (3 wkly)
· 6 new winter services: Bologna (2 wkly), Bordeaux (2 wkly), Bratislava (2 wkly), Gran Canaria (2 wkly), Palma (2 wkly) & Poznan (2 wkly) 
· More flights to: Alicante (4 wkly), Barcelona (5 wkly), Copenhagen (4 wkly),       Malaga (4 wkly), Rome Ciampino (5 wkly) & Tenerife (4 wkly)
· 24 total routes
· 118 weekly flights
· 2.5m customers p.a. (+20%)
