With the biggest operators and discounts, TourRadar continues to move the industry forward.
VIENNA, AUSTRIA - TourRadar continues to break industry tradition, in a good way. After the success of January’s Online Expo, TourRadar has another planned from September 15th to 22nd. This one is expected to be even bigger and better with up to 60% off.
“One of the biggest reasons people go a traditional travel expo is for discounts,” said Travis Pittman, CEO and CoFounder at TourRadar. “We didn’t see any reason why we couldn’t bring it to the online world, so we did. Doing this made it easy and convenient for customers making travel bookings and for operators, since there’s no need for an inperson booth.”
By taking the traditional travel expo experience and bringing it online, TourRadar has once again transformed an outdated element of the travel industry, at the consumer’s benefit. This was obvious after January’s Online Expo yielded 30,000 attendees and strong sales results for those tour operators involved.
September’s Online Expo is sponsored by Intrepid Travel who are offering discounts along with a trip giveaway to Cambodia for two. Other tour operators offering great deals at the Online Expo include Contiki, Free and Easy, G Adventures, Globus, Topdeck, Trafalgar and more. The Online Expo will also house smallerscale operators like Hotspots2c, Wanderlands Travel and more offering the opportunity to get in front of a global consumer base. It also grants travellers the opportunity to look beyond some of the bigger brands in the industry, giving them a chance to compare and book tours with a wide range of options.
