By achieving this certification, Air Serbia is well-positioned to leverage the benefits of enhanced data exchange, offering a more personalized and efficient experience to its passengers.
Air Serbia has partnered with Maureva, a renowned technology provider, utilizing their cutting-edge ANDIE solution and travel agency portal to seamlessly transition into compliance with the NDC schema 21.3. This strategic move reinforces the airline’s dedication to staying at the forefront of industry advancements, enhancing customer experience, and streamlining operational processes.
The NDC (New Distribution Capability) schema 21.3 is the latest standard set by IATA, used by only a dozen of airlines yet, and designed to improve communication and data exchange between airlines and travel agents.
“This certification is a testament to our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence in the aviation industry. By adopting the NDC schema 21.3 with Maureva ANDIE solution, we aim to provide our customers and travel partners with an even more seamless and personalized travel experience.” said Uroš Bijelić, Head of PSS and Distribution at Air Serbia.
Maureva, a global technology leader, has played a crucial role in assisting Air Serbia in achieving this milestone. “We are proud to support Air Serbia in its journey towards adopting NDC latest standards” said Joël Samy, Operations Manager (MS) at Maureva.
