Anvil Group and SAP Concur join forces to deliver world-class traveller tracking and assistance

Global risk management firm, Anvil Group, announces an SAP Concur partnership that will provide enhanced tracking, alerting and assistance functionality for globally mobile workforces.

Anvil Group announced an SAP Concur partnership that includes an integration between its award-winning risk management platform, Riskmatics, and data from SAP Concur solutions through its itinerary API (Application Programming Interface). The integration delivers consolidated travel information from Concur Travel, Concur TripLink, TripIt from Concur, and Concur Request.

“The events of recent years have taught us that health and safety risks are not confined to areas of existing conflict,” commented Matthew Judge, group managing director of Anvil Group. “With terrorist attacks, natural disasters and epidemics occurring around the world, risk management has been brought to the fore of many travel policy discussions, but companies still need to go much further if they’re to prepare for and manage incidents effectively and protect their globally mobile workforces.”

Now available in the SAP Concur App Center, Riskmatics allows organisations to quickly and easily identify relevant threats, warn those affected and prescribe what action to take. Real-time monitoring informs a sophisticated alerting system where decisions are based on thousands of aggregated sources. This data is constantly re-evaluated by Anvil’s dedicated and experienced risk analysts, with the support of an in-house team of highly qualified health and security professionals.

“Anvil’s Riskmatics solution is already used by a global client base to protect their people, property, and performance against risk,” continued Judge. “This SAP Concur partnership allows us to further enhance and extend the reach of our end-to-end duty of care solution, including rapid location of employees who may be impacted by a critical incident, real-time communications to ascertain their safety, and the provision of appropriate security and medical assistance anywhere in the world.”
