Acquisition of a new asset in Madrid, the NH Hotel Las Tablas.
MADRID – Atom Hoteles increases its presence in Madrid with a new acquisition, NH Hotel Las Tablas, operated on a rental basis by NH Hotel Group. This hotel, of 4*, has an amount of 146 rooms, 8 living rooms with a capacity from 8 to 70 people, it provides gym, climatized pool, spa and two parking floors, that solve the mobility problems of the area.
NH Hotel Group remains the hotel manager and is therefore the first hotel of this brand in the Atom Hoteles Socimi portfolio of assets. GMA continues analyzing new opportunities with NH Hotel Group and Minor Hotels.
The called zone “Las Tablas”, where the hotel is situated, has registered an important office expansion after installing large multinationals, as Telefonica, BBVA, Banco Sabadell, Mediaset, Caser, Tecnicas Reunidas, Metrovacesa, Ferrovial, ACS, FCC, Dragados y Construcciones, Renault, and more. These headquarters belong to companies that represent the 9% of the national GDP.
Atom Hoteles continues, thus, increasing its investment, having at present and after the purchase of this new asset, a total of 27 hotels, both urban and holiday, which represents an amount of 6.465 rooms and a total value of assets exceeding 677 million euros.
