BestCities Global Alliance and GainingEdge extend partnership

Renewed collaboration set to leave undeniable mark on global stage.

BestCities Global Alliance, leading network of premier meeting destinations and GainingEdge, a global leader specializing in providing advice to the conventions and meetings industry, announce a three-year renewal of their management contract.

Recognizing the expertise and value that brings to the table, BestCities Global Alliance embraces this renewed contract, affirming their shared vision of unlocking the immense potential of collaboration and community in creating lasting positive impact through conventions and business events. GainingEdge has been managing the alliance since 2009.

This has been vital for navigating through the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic,” said Dr Edward Koh, Chair of BestCities Global Alliance. “As we embark on another three-year journey, we eagerly anticipate the endless possibilities that lie ahead, and look forward to achieving even greater accomplishments together.”

The contract renewal arrives at an exciting juncture for BestCities, as the alliance prepares to welcome Loren Christie as their new Managing Director on July 1.
