Blue Bay Travel unveils twin-centre trips

To bring twin-centre trips to fruition, the firm has invested heavily in its technology.

UK tour operator Blue Bay Travel has strengthened its consumer offering with the launch of twin-centre holidays, featuring an expanding portfolio of destinations initially commencing with locations across the Middle East and Indian Ocean.

From exotic destinations, opulent getaways and bustling city breaks, customers can experience two different styles of holiday in one trip and benefit from highly-competitive pricing. Commencing with Dubai twinned with the Maldives or Mauritius, Blue Bay Travel will continue building on its new initiative to offer the most desirable combinations and use its strength of contracting to deliver the best priced twin-centre options in the market.

To bring twin-centre trips to fruition, the firm has invested heavily in its technology. Internal systems have seen a complete overhaul enabling packages to be fused together, and there has been numerous developments to the front end of the website to allow the options to be presented to the customer and for them to subsequently place a booking.

Greg Armstrong, Product Management Director at Blue Bay Travel commented on the introduction of twin-centre and said, “I am delighted to be able to bring these exciting new twin-centre opportunities to our customers. We have spent a lot of time over the past year developing our relationships in the Middle East and Indian Ocean, and also developing our systems and website to be able to facilitate this. We can now afford our customers not just the opportunity to experience two very different and unique destinations in one holiday but, at the best prices in the market as well. Blue Bay Travel is renowned for offering unrivalled value and exclusive price points for long haul holidays and that is the same for our new twin-centre options too.”

Alistair Rowland, Group Chief Executive Officer at Blue Bay Travel added: “Keeping our full product team in place since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic has allowed us to move into new territories that we previously didn’t contract such as the Middle East and Indian Ocean. We were able to work with suppliers that were not receiving the same level of marketing opportunities, which allowed us to swiftly make a mark on these new areas and bring strong deals to the table for our customers. Tying these options together now and presenting them as twin-centre opportunities was the next logical step for us.”

Blue Bay Travel is a leading UK tour operator, with 100 awards under their belt and 4.7 rating on TrustPilot. They provide unbeatable holiday deals across their three brands: Caribbean Warehouse, Tropical Warehouse and Xclusivity – all of which provide the best levels of financial protection, flexible holidays and a UK-based call centre open 7 days a week.
