GroundLink launches Brio – Intuitive car service technology for travelers and travel arrangers

Following extensive research with business travelers, travel arrangers and corporate travel managers, GroundLink has developed Brio, an integrated mobile and web dashboard solution, to streamline the ground travel process, from booking to worry-free travel.

NEW YORK – GroundLink, a black car service provider that operates in 300 cities around the world, has launched Brio, a new technological solution for corporate ground transportation that allows travelers and travel arrangers to create, change, and take trips easily and efficiently.

Following extensive research with business travelers, travel arrangers and corporate travel managers, GroundLink has developed Brio, an integrated mobile and web dashboard solution, to streamline the ground travel process, from booking to worry-free travel. The dashboard makes booking travel locally or globally, and for either individuals or groups, faster, easier, and more intuitive. Combining convenience and speed with safety, security, and policy compliance, Brio is designed for corporate travel and tailored for travel arrangers. Brio keeps passengers, travel arrangers and admins connected on web and mobile app interfaces, making it one of the most accessible platforms in the Industry. It is a single framework that provides a one-stop solution for corporate ground travel.

Features on the Brio dashboard offer greater flexibility and enhance the traveler booking experience, such as the options of adding stops, requesting child seats, or directly contacting the driver. In addition, Brio gives users the ability to save frequent trips or favorite locations along with convenient one-click return trip booking. Travelers and arrangers now also have the opportunity to connect their rides with their flight and take advantage of flight tracking tools so that their ride is always at the right place at the right time. Finally, Brio links travelers with their travel arranger and automatically saves ride history and preferences, making repeat bookings more efficient.

"We wanted to solve the common problems faced by travel managers," said GroundLink CEO Liz Carisone. "It was our goal to leverage the latest technology services around, using our deep understanding of the managed business travel space to bring an intuitive, groundbreaking solution to our corporate travel partners. We believe that Brio is just that."

GroundLink has a history of integrating technology into its black car services, allowing users to book quickly and easily and get where they need to go on time and in comfort. Brio is another technology that will allow more accurate, fast, and seamless service.
