ATLANTA – Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), an Atlanta-based, private hotel investment, ownership and management company, announced the completed acquisition of a two-hotel portfolio comprised of Embassy Suites by Hilton hotels in San Rafael, Calif., and Atlanta, Ga., in a joint venture for an undisclosed sum. HVMG also will operate the 241-suite Embassy Suites by Hilton San Rafael Marin County and the 235-suite Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center.
