Hotel effectiveness dominates ALIS Tech Challenge winning the Hottest Technology Award for second consecutive year

Hospitality leaders reward the only fully integrated and complete labor optimization system.

ATLANTA – Hotel Effectiveness, the industry leader for hotel labor optimization, earned its second “Hottest Technology” title during the 20th anniversary of the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS), the world’s largest hotel investment conference. Competing against the most innovative technologies in the industry, judges recognized Hotel Effectiveness and its PerfectLabor platform for its immediate response to the current labor shortage by spearheading solutions that maximize GOP despite a challenging and volatile market.

During the conference, hotel technology providers presented to a panel of hotel owners, investors, and ALIS delegates. The judges acknowledged Hotel Effectiveness for its effective labor management systems that reduce needed hotel labor by 20% and free up more then five hours of manager time per week.

“We are grateful to the ALIS Tech Challenge panel for recognizing the ongoing commitment to innovation of Hotel Effectiveness. Our diverse customer base allowed us to see the warning signs of the labor crunch early,” said Mike Martin, co-founder and executive officer at Hotel Effectiveness. “We created our new TeamShare tool to help hotels fully leverage their team, save managers time, and sell to 100% occupancy. Our dynamic staffing solutions offer the industry critical tools necessary to tackle the unpredictable, post-pandemic travel patterns.”

Through cutting-edge software, Hotel Effectiveness offers hotel operators a complete suite of labor optimization tools, including forecasting, analysis, and operational tools. The newest Hotel Effectiveness module, TeamShare, is a powerful tool enabling hotels to fill their shifts. It allows multi-unit operators to pool staff across multiple properties in a market, allows staff to pick-up additional shifts, and can share open shifts with contract labor agencies.
