With learning and development on hold for much of the past two years and many businesses gearing up for the return of peak season, People 1st International’s Professional Certificate in Training Design and Delivery provides the capacity to deliver in-house training quickly and cost-effectively, whether onboarding seasonal workers or giving a refresher to full-time staff.

Responding to the challenges of an increasingly hybrid working environment, People 1st International also offers learners the opportunity to undertake the Certificate in Virtual Training, a specialist module in online training, providing a robust grounding in virtual training methods for the hospitality and tourism industry.

With 50 years’ experience in the field, People 1st International’s Professional Certificate in Training Design and Delivery will build individuals’ confidence in their ability to design and deliver training through providing hands on experience and feedback from peers and a qualified expert.

Upon successful completion of the Certificate, hospitality and tourism businesses will be able to develop, deliver and evaluate training sessions aimed at groups and individuals to a professional standard, putting them in pole position to profit as we enter the vital summer months.
