Trondent announces eTRAK 3.0

eTRAK 3.0 empowers customers to maximize utilization of unused airline tickets with increased cost savings.

BARRINGTON, IL – Trondent Development Corp., a provider of web and mobile applications to the corporate travel industry, announces the release of eTRAK 3.0, an electronic ticket tracking system. The release of eTRAK 3.0 includes enhancements to the website design, user permissions, additional reports, expanded data elements, and a new report scheduling feature. The new website design gives users an intuitive and streamlined experience. The expanded data elements now include MCO data, expiry date, and ticket issue date.

This electronic ticket tracking system is designed to streamline the storage of unused tickets with residual value. eTRAK 3.0 is compatible with all major Global Distribution Systems and most online booking tools.

In addition to all the new features customers will receive as part of the core eTRAK 3.0 functionality, add-on options,  eTRAK Pro and eTRAK Alert, are also available for proactive travel management. These features send email alerts of expiring tickets and pre-departure alerts directly to travelers, or agents, in advance of travel to ensure maximum utilization of unused tickets.
