Userguest has raised 260,000 euros in seed funding for its Smart Marketing Assistant for Hotels

Userguest was co-founded in Amsterdam in May, 2018, by Hicham Benyebdri, Assil Bernossi and Ahmed Chami.

Userguest provides hotels with technology, marketing tools and data-driven smart recommendations to maximize their website revenue.

Userguest was co-founded in Amsterdam in May, 2018, by Hicham Benyebdri, Assil Bernossi and Ahmed Chami. Their combined expertise in hotel marketing and software development has led them to create a product that has a direct impact on hotel websites’ ability to convert visitors into guests.

When asked about their purpose as a company, Hicham Benyebdri (co-founder and Ex-Expedian) replied that “Userguest’s mission is to empower hotels with the right technology to succeed in a very competitive industry. Individual hotels do not have the means to fight industry leaders like Expedia or Booking.com. Our goal is to even out the playing field with the right technology, marketing tools and automated data insights”.

Userguest is thrilled to announce that it has successfully raised 260,000 euros in funds via CDG invest’s 212 Founders program. The funds will be used to support Userguest’s growth and accelerate its already stellar traction.

The new investment round will enable Userguest to fast-track its growth in key markets where demand for their technology is soaring. New product innovation is a key area of focus for Userguest, to enable hoteliers to make and execute better marketing decisions.
