With members from all over Europe attending the Regional Airline Conference, the event is an ideal opportunity for members to fully embrace the benefits of our association, sharing insight and knowledge and forming key industry contacts. The exceptional speakers we have on the agenda provided delegates with new understanding and created stimulating conversation.”

As part of an extensive agenda, high-profile speakers and expert panellists included: Brian Pearce, Chief Economist, IATA; Flor Diaz Pulido, Head of Unit Aviation Policy, Directorate General for Mobility and Transport, European Commission; Henk Ombelet, Head of Advisory Operations, Ascend by Cirium; Pablo Mendes De Leon, Professor of Air and Space Law, Leiden University; Luc Tytgat, Strategy and Safety Management Director, EASA; and Andrew Kelly, ERA President and Director Corporate Affairs for ASL Ireland.

A session titled ‘the great manufacturer’s debate’ also took place, allowing delegates to hear from the leaders of three ERA manufacturer members: Stefano Bortoli, CEO, ATR; Colin Bole, Senior Vice President Commercial, Bombardier; and John Slattery, President and CEO, Embraer Commercial Aviation.
