IAEE extends partnership with Zenus AI for Expo! Expo! 2024, enhancing exhibitor insights with ethical facial analysis technology in Los Angeles.
DALLAS – The International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), announces the extension and expansion of its partnership with Zenus AI. Building on the success of the 2023 collaboration at Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting and Exhibition in Dallas, the association will continue to leverage Zenus’ ethical facial analysis technology to exhibitors, offering valuable insights into attendee behavior and engagement.
Zenus’ technology, known for its commitment to privacy and ethical standards, will deliver metrics such as footfall, dwell time, and attendee energy data to exhibitors at the event, helping them optimize their presence and improve engagement strategies. After the success of this partnership in 2023, IAEE has expanded the scope of impact for the 2024 event in Los Angeles, Calif. This year, every Expo! Expo! exhibitor will have the opportunity to benefit from Zenus’s AI-powered analytics. This expansion underscores IAEE’s dedication to incorporating innovative technologies that elevate the exhibitor and attendee experience.
“Continuing and expanding our partnership with IAEE demonstrates our shared vision of harnessing ethical AI to empower organizers and exhibitors with actionable insights,” said Panos Moutafis, Ph.D., Co-Founder and CEO of Zenus.
“IAEE prides itself on showcasing technology that enhances our event stakeholders’ experiences,” said IAEE President and CEO Marsha Flanagan, M.Ed., CEM. “Deploying Zenus AI technology allows us as organizers to measure attendee experience from a different angle and is integral in measuring success of the show.”
Expo! Expo! takes place on 16-19 December 2024 in Los Angeles, California, providing a platform for the latest innovations in the exhibition industry.
