Full speaker line up includes industry key players and experts.

The MEBAA Conference Jeddah, taking place 3-4 September at the Jeddah Hilton, has announced its complete speaker line up ahead of the event. The names include many key players in business aviation and the region, keen to share knowledge and insight with attendees at the event.

The event will feature with a keynote presentation from Yassir Bin Mansour Al-Mayoof, Assistant President of Aviation Standards from the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and moderated by Ribhi Al-Husseini, Consultant, Kinza Aviation Support Services. Fahd Cynndy, Director of Saudi Aramco’s Aviation Department will also be speaking at the event on innovations in the aviation sector.

“Business aviation is an important part of the aviation landscape in Saudi Arabia,” said Cynndy. “The top four airports, namely Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Madinah, presently account for more than 80% of the passenger traffic, while a 2016 report found that the Kingdom has the largest fleet of business jets in the Middle East. The MEBAA Conference Saudi provides an invaluable insight into this important market for industry professionals.”

During the Saudi Arabian Market Focus session, in addition to GACA and Saudi Aramco, attendees will hear from aviation expert Faisal Alsaddik and Richard Gimblett, Partner, HFW, who will lead a panel discussion on regulating pilot standards. The effect of incident reporting in business aviation safety will be addressed by the Saudi Arabian Aviation Investigation Bureau.

The second session, Global Challenges in Business Aviation, will include a panel discussion led by Cynndy who will be joined by representatives from XJet and UAS International Trip Support focusing on innovation in the business aviation industry. Attendees will also take part in interactive roundtable discussions across diverse topics including insurance solutions, business aviation finance, technology developments and innovation, and enhancing customer service.

“The speakers for the MEBAA Conference Jeddah this year bring an incredible amount of experience, knowledge and insight to the event,” said Ali Ahmed Alnaqbi, Founding and Executive Chairman of the Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association (MEBAA). He continued, “We are thrilled to be able to bring these industry leaders together to provide a platform for sharing this knowledge with the business aviation community in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.”

The MEBAA Conference Jeddah takes place 4 September at the Jeddah Hilton Hotel, with a networking evening planned for the evening of 3 September. Registration is open now, to register to attend or find out more please visit mebaaconference.com.
