SEATTLE – This week, Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA), the trade association that represents commercial airports throughout the United States and Canada, elected Lance Lyttle, managing director of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, to serve on its board of directors for 2018.

“I am honored to fill this role for ACI-NA and to help fulfill its mission to advocate policies and provide services that strengthen our industry,” Lyttle said. “In particular, I hope to further the ability of airports to serve passengers, customers and communities.”

Lyttle joined the Port of Seattle as airport managing director in January 2016. At Sea-Tac, the fastest growing airport in the United States, he is leading a multi-billion dollar terminal revitalization program that includes a new International Arrivals Facility, North Satellite Modernization and baggage handling system upgrade.

He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in physics and computer science and a Master of Science degree in management information systems from the University of the West Indies, Mona, Kingston, Jamaica.
