The Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE) has announced that Chief Executive Officer Brenda Anderson will be one of the keynote speakers at the inaugural International Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions (MICE) Education and Training Forum, 6 – 7 August in Shanghai, China. This event will bring together industry leaders, educators, trainers, experts, researchers, entrepreneurs and management personnel from Asia-Pacific and abroad with the goal of sharing best practices and further strengthening business relationships between people from the region and their peers from throughout the world.
Anderson will present a keynote session entitled The Development Situation & Trends of International Incentive Travel, from 11:05 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Friday 6 August. As part of the Hotel and Travel Agency educational track, Anderson will present The Planning and Organization of Incentive Travel from 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, 7 August. The presentation is followed immediately by a 30 minute question and answer period.
For the past two years Brenda Anderson has served as the CEO of The Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE).
She has an in-depth understanding of the power of incentives because of her direct experience both as a participant and as a corporate buyer.
Ms. Anderson received a Masters of Liberal Arts from the University of Chicago. As part of an international studies program emphasis for her undergraduate degree, she also spent one year at the London School of Economics and a second year studying in Germany. And, Ms. Anderson graduated from Players Workshop and has performed improv throughout the Chicago area. Ms. Anderson has been widely quoted in the press and is an international public speaker.
