Solitude Mountain Resort (Solitude) and RCI Resort Management (RCIRM), announced an agreement for RCIRM to assume responsibility for management of all lodging operations, including condominium rentals, for The Inn at Solitude and the resort’s homeowner associations. RCIRM is expected to begin operations by December 16, 2002, to ensure a seamless transition for the resort’s bookings, lodging reservations and winter operations.
RCIRM’s expertise in resort management will bring great service and efficiency to Solitude Mountain Resort and our condominium owners, said Dave DeSeelhorst, vice president, Solitude Mountain Resort. Their nationally recognized consumer rental program brings new distribution channels and will undoubtedly generate higher occupancy rates for our resort, and we are excited about having them onboard.
Under the terms of the agreement, RCIRM will be managing the consumer rental program for the resorts condominiums as well as assuming the management of the Eagle Springs East and Creekside Condominium Associations. Additionally, RCIRM will be responsible for the property management as well as all sales and marketing efforts for the 40 hotel rooms and meeting space for the Inn at Solitude.
