The Travel Institute 2005 National Forum will address critical industry issues during its annual gathering September 9-11 at the Boston Marriott Copley Place in Boston, Massachusetts in interactive think tank formats. Throughout the weekend, professionals from all areas of the industry will be challenged to look at where they are professionally, consider how they can better serve their customers, and seek ways to be the catalyst of change in the industry.

Each group will be facilitated by industry leaders who have made a mark in their respective fields. Results will be the stimulus for further discussions during the weekend and will be summarized in white-paper format for publication on the Travel Institute`s Web site.
Guiding the process will be the Six Thinking Hats technique that was introduced at The 2004 National Forum. The process, developed by Dr. Edward DeBono, is used successfully by many organizations to facilitate group discussion and decision making. This technique will guide attendees through the brainstorming and solution-seeking sessions and will be introduced by Shary Dyer, CTIE.
