West London Apartments awarded Quality Accredited marque by ASAP

West London Apartments was founded in 2007 and now operates 82 serviced apartments within 17 properties in the west London area.

LONDON UK – West London Apartments has been awarded the Association of Serviced Apartments’ “Quality Accredited” marque in recognition of consistently high standards achieved, as part of its new Quality Assessment program.

West London Apartments was founded in 2007 and now operates 82 serviced apartments within 17 properties in the west London area. The marque guarantees that all core compliance of legal, health & safety requirements and good practice are met and that the standard of quality expected by all customers is delivered.

Geoff Owen, marketing director at West London Apartments comments: “We are delighted that several years of hard work to build a respected serviced apartments brand has been recognised and emphasises our commitment to client satisfaction and safety within a program which we believe will set industry standards.”

The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) managing director, James Foice, continues: “We have assessed 90% of our members during the last 12 months and are now planning to roll out the program abroad, including the USA and Europe, promoting our members’ valued proposition.”

Founded in 2002, ASAP is the trade association for the UK serviced apartment sector, with 83 members operating over 14,000 properties in the UK and Ireland as well as serviced apartment agencies. The industry generates annual revenues of £500m, representing three million accommodation nights each year.
