flynas launched a revamped mobile app with 13 new features, enhancing self-service, personalization, and ease of use for passengers.

flynas, low-cost airline in the world and the best LCC in the Middle East, announced the launching of its all-new mobile App introducing new features that offer customers a seamless and more personalised experience, marking the latest product in line with the airline’s digital strategy.

Six years after launching the first generation of its mobile App in 2018, the fourth generation of the flynas app is now designed to enhance self-service options, giving passengers more control of their journey with easy access to key functionalities with dozens of new features, including the ability to track and share flights with family and friends and to add documents.

The latest flynas mobile App boasts a new user interface design and a dynamic homepage with 13 new features as trending destinations now appear on the homepage, and the navigation menu is in the footer. Other features include a search shortcut, check-in shortcuts, and ancillary upsell. The onboarding experience has six new cutting-edge features that enable guests to add avatars and connect via email, phone number, or WhatsApp. They can also verify the user’s ID when registering via email and two-factor authentication.

Through a 5-step booking flow, guests can select, sort, and compare fares, fill in passenger info utilizing saved passenger data and, add priority boarding, select seats, and finally take advantage of more payment options added on the payment page with the ability to scan credit cards from mobile camera.

The new version of the flynas app is now available for both iPhone and Android users in the App Store and Google Play, respectively.
